• How soon will I get my bag after I place my order?

The production process will start on receipt of payment and take up to three weeks to manufacture.

• Is the bag available in other colours?

Currently we only are only able to provide bags in ‘Waxy Tan’ and ‘Black. The bag displayed in the images is ‘Waxy Tan’.

• Do you have any stockists where I can view the bag?

Unfortunately not, we are currently only offering the bag for sale online.

• What if I’m unhappy with bag once I receive it?

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee to our clients, this includes the delivery fee cost.

• How can I track the progress of my order?

We will provide you with the necessary tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel via the South African Post Office.
